NGT’s D6C00FLT40 is a dual pneumatic check valve with flow controls that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The D6C00FLT40 has 3/8 NPTF in/out ports, low temperature seals, and no manual release. The D6C00FLT40 has flow controls to help prevent crash landings and cylinder bounce and also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.

Application & Function
NGT’s D6C00FLT40 is a dual pneumatic check valve with flow controls that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. This valve allows for metering airflow through the valve, slowing down how quickly the valve exhausts. This prevents crash landings and helps reduce cylinder bounce. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The D6C00FLT40 also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The D6C00FLT40 has 3/8 NPTF in/out ports, low temperature seals, and no manual release. The D6C00FLT40 also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
