Best Practices and Engineering Tips

  • Use open center valves when possible
    • A leaking control valve with a closed center may cause the NGT valve to slowly pilot open, resulting in cylinder drift
  • When adding external flow controls, place between the PO check and cylinder
    • If that doesn’t work, try between control valve and PO check
  • Valve inspection and maintenance is easily achieved by removing end cap. No need to remove valve from circuit
    • Release pressure from circuit, remove endcap, then inspect for wear, scratches, or debris
