NGT’s BG6M0MFLT40 is a pilot operated check valve with flow controls that prevents crash landings and cylinder bounce. The BG6M0MFLT40 has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports and 1/8 BSPP pilot port, low temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The BG6M0MFLT40 also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.

Application & Function
NGT’s BG6M0MFLT40 pilot operated check valve with flow controls allows for metering airflow through the valve, slowing down how quickly the valve exhausts. This prevents crash landings and helps reduce cylinder bounce. Note that restricting airflow through the valve will also slow down systems. NGT’s flow control valves have an adjusting screw that reduces how far the poppet can lift up off of the seat. The BG6M0MFLT40 has 3/8 BSPP ports and 1/8 BSPP pilot port. The BG6M0MFLT40 has low temperature seals and an extended manual release. Installing BG6M0MFLT40 flow control valves provides a more affordable solution than a using a separate flow control valve while also reducing leak paths and simplifying piping. The BG6M0MFLT40 also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
