NGT’s DG6C0MFLK18 is a dual pneumatic check valve with flow controls that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The DG6C0MFLK18 has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports, standard temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The DG6C0MFLK18 has flow controls to help prevent crash landings and cylinder bounce and also can accommodate as low as 20 psi pilot pressure.

Application & Function
NGT’s DG6C0MFLK18 is a dual pneumatic check valve with flow controls that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. This valve allows for metering airflow through the valve, slowing down how quickly the valve exhausts. This prevents crash landings and helps reduce cylinder bounce. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The DG6C0MFLK18 also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The DG6C0MFLK18 has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports, standard temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The DG6C0MFLK18 also can accommodate as low as 20 psi pilot pressure.
