1/8 NPTF P.O. Check w/ Manual Release and Low Pilot Spring


NGT’s B2M0MK18 is a standard pilot operated check valve that locks pneumatic devices in position. The B2M0MK18 has 1/8 NPTF in/out ports and 1/8 NPTF pilot port, standard temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The B2M0MK18 also can accommodate as low as 25 psi pilot pressure.
  • NGT’s PO checks can be used in any pneumatic application where a sudden drop in pressure would harm personnel, damage products, or otherwise hinder the manufacturing process
  • Typical applications of PO checks are clamping, work holding, & lifting equipment, doors, platforms, and material
  • Air tight design means little to no leaking. Design tightens with increased pressure
  • All aluminum o-ring grooves and faces are hard coat anodized with Teflon coating to reduce wear and increase seal life
  • Nickel plated steel piston rod for strength and corrosion resistance

Application & Function

NGT’s B2M0MK18 is a standard pilot operated check valve that locks pneumatic devices in position when a pressure drop or total loss of pressure occurs. The B2M0MK18 has 1/8 NPTF in/out ports and 1/8 NPTF pilot port, standard temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The B2M0MK18 also can accommodate as low as 25 psi pilot pressure. The B2M0MK18 valve locks air in the device (such as a cylinder or gripper) until the pilot signal is energized, at which time the valve opens and evacuates the device.
