NGT’s B2MFMFL pilot operated check valve with flow controls allows for metering airflow through the valve, slowing down how quickly the valve exhausts. This prevents crash landings and helps reduce cylinder bounce. Note that restricting airflow through the valve will also slow down systems. NGT’s flow control valves have an adjusting screw that reduces how far the poppet can lift up off of the seat. The B2MFMFL has 1/8 NPTF ports and 1/8 NPTF pilot port. The B2MFMFL has standard temperature seals and a flush manual release. Installing B2MFMFL flow control valves provides a more affordable solution than a using a separate flow control valve while also reducing leak paths and simplifying piping. The B2MFMFL also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
