1/4 BSPP Adjustable P.O. Check w/ Flush Manual Release and High Temp Seals

NGT’s BG4MFMADV is an adjustable PO check valve that enables quicker stops if the valve is closing too slowly or drifting after changing direction on the control valve. The BG4MFMADV has 1/4 BSPP in/out ports and 1/4 BSPP pilot port, high temperature seals, and a flush manual release.
  • Adjustable PO checks allow for quicker stops if a standard PO check valve is closing too slow or drifting after changing direction on the control valve
  • Valve is adjustable to accommodate different pilot (signal)pressures
  • Helpful if a standard PO check doesn’t close fast enough due to signal strength or length of pilot line
  • Adjustable PO checks allow for quicker stops if a standard PO check valve is closing too slow or drifting after changing direction on the control valve
  • This valve enables faster stops with lower pilot pressure

Application & Function

NGT’s BG4MFMADV is an adjustable PO check valve that enables quicker stops if the valve is closing too slowly or drifting after changing direction on the control valve. Tightening the adjusting screw increases spring tension holding the valve closed, making the valve more responsive. The BG4MFMADV has 1/4 BSPP in/out ports and 1/4 BSPP pilot port, high temperature seals, and a flush manual release. Installing a BG4MFMADV will reduce the time it takes for a PO check valve to close with a weaker pilot signal.
