NGT’s D8CFMK18V is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The D8CFMK18V has 1/2 NPTF in/out ports, high temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The D8CFMK18V also can accommodate as low as 20 psi pilot pressure.
  • Internal flow controls meter air out of the cylinder
  • Dual valves perform the work of two PO check valves, but in one valve package, eliminating pilot lines
  • Maintains cylinder position by locking air in cylinder
  • Cross-ported to allow the valve to open when the control valve changes direction
  • Work well in either vertical or horizontal applications ensuring precise stopping on machines with rollers or slides and eliminates some bounce
  • Improves bounce vs. a single PO check since the valve checks in both directions

Application & Function
NGT’s D8CFMK18V is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The D8CFMK18V also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The D8CFMK18V has 1/2 NPTF in/out ports, high temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The D8CFMK18V also can accommodate as low as 20 psi pilot pressure.
