1/2" NPTF Dual Check Valve

NGT’s D8C00 is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The D8C00 has 1/2 NPTF in/out ports, standard temperature seals, and no manual release. The D8C00 also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.

  • Dual valves perform the work of two PO check valves, but in one valve package, eliminating pilot lines

Application & Function
NGT’s D8C00 is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The D8C00 also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The D8C00 has 1/2 NPTF in/out ports, standard temperature seals, and no manual release. The D8C00 also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
