NGT’s B6S0MAD-25 is an adjustable swivel-mounted pilot operated check valve that enables quicker stops if the valve is closing too slowly or drifting after changing direction on the control valve. The B6S0MAD-25 has 3/8 NPTF female inlet, 1/4 NPTF male outlet, 1/8 NPTF pilot port, standard temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The B6S0MAD-25 also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.

Application & Function
NGT’s B6S0MAD-25 is an adjustable swivel-mounted pilot operated check valve that enables quicker stops if the valve is closing too slowly or drifting after changing direction on the control valve. The male outlet allows the valve to mount directly to a cylinder or other pneumatic device. The male outlet of the valve swivels, allowing the valve to rotate as needed around the cylinder. The B6S0MAD-25 has 3/8 NPTF female inlet, 1/4 NPTF male outlet, 1/8 NPTF pilot port, standard temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The B6S0MAD-25 also can adjust for low pilot pressure. The B6S0MAD-25 valve locks air in the device (such as a cylinder or gripper) until the pilot signal is energized, at which time the valve opens and evacuates the device. Installing a B6S0MAD-25 will reduce the time it takes for a PO check valve to close with a weaker pilot signal. Tightening the adjusting screw increases spring tension holding the valve closed, making the valve more responsive. This valve is also available in high/low temperature versions.
