NGT’s B6M00FLK18V is a pilot operated check valve with flow controls that prevents crash landings and cylinder bounce. The B6M00FLK18V has 3/8 NPTF in/out ports and 1/8 NPTF pilot port, high temperature seals, and no manual release. The B6M00FLK18V also can accommodate as low as 25 psi pilot pressure.

Application & Function
NGT’s B6M00FLK18V pilot operated check valve with flow controls allows for metering airflow through the valve, slowing down how quickly the valve exhausts. This prevents crash landings and helps reduce cylinder bounce. Note that restricting airflow through the valve will also slow down systems. NGT’s flow control valves have an adjusting screw that reduces how far the poppet can lift up off of the seat. The B6M00FLK18V has 3/8 NPTF ports and 1/8 NPTF pilot port. The B6M00FLK18V has high temperature seals and no manual release. Installing B6M00FLK18V flow control valves provides a more affordable solution than a using a separate flow control valve while also reducing leak paths and simplifying piping. The B6M00FLK18V also can accommodate as low as 25 psi pilot pressure.
