NGT’s D6CFMV is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The D6CFMV has 3/8 NPTF in/out ports, high temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The D6CFMV also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.

  • Dual valves perform the work of two PO check valves, but in one valve package, eliminating pilot lines

Application & Function
NGT’s D6CFMV is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The D6CFMV also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The D6CFMV has 3/8 NPTF in/out ports, high temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The D6CFMV also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
