NGT’s DG6C0MV is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The DG6C0MV has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports, high temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The DG6C0MV also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
  • Internal flow controls meter air out of the cylinder
  • Dual valves perform the work of two PO check valves, but in one valve package, eliminating pilot lines

  • Cross-ported to allow the valve to open when the control valve changes direction

Application & Function
NGT’s DG6C0MV is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The DG6C0MV also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The DG6C0MV has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports, high temperature seals, and an extended manual release. The DG6C0MV also can accommodate as low as 40 psi pilot pressure.
