NGT’s DG6CFMK18 is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. The DG6CFMK18 has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports, standard temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The DG6CFMK18 also can accommodate as low as 20 psi pilot pressure.
  • Internal flow controls meter air out of the cylinder
  • Dual valves perform the work of two PO check valves, but in one valve package, eliminating pilot lines
  • Maintains cylinder position by locking air in cylinder
  • Cross-ported to allow the valve to open when the control valve changes direction

Application & Function
NGT’s DG6CFMK18 is a dual pneumatic check valve that maintains cylinder position by locking air in both cylinder ports. NGT’s dual pneumatic locking valves perform the work of two PO check valves but in one valve package. Dual pneumatic check valves work well in horizontal applications by ensuring precise stopping. The DG6CFMK18 also works well in the vertical position by reducing bounce compared to a standard pneumatic PO check valve. The DG6CFMK18 has 3/8 BSPP in/out ports, standard temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The DG6CFMK18 also can accommodate as low as 20 psi pilot pressure.
