NGT’s B81FMFLK18 is a pilot operated check valve with flow controls that prevents crash landings and cylinder bounce. The B81FMFLK18 has 1/2 NPTF in/out ports and 1/4 NPTF pilot port, standard temperature seals, and a flush manual release. The B81FMFLK18 also can accommodate as low as 25 psi pilot pressure.

Application & Function
NGT’s B81FMFLK18 pilot operated check valve with flow controls allows for metering airflow through the valve, slowing down how quickly the valve exhausts. This prevents crash landings and helps reduce cylinder bounce. Note that restricting airflow through the valve will also slow down systems. NGT’s flow control valves have an adjusting screw that reduces how far the poppet can lift up off of the seat. The B81FMFLK18 has 1/2 NPTF ports and 1/4 NPTF pilot port. The B81FMFLK18 has standard temperature seals and a flush manual release. Installing B81FMFLK18 flow control valves provides a more affordable solution than a using a separate flow control valve while also reducing leak paths and simplifying piping. The B81FMFLK18 also can accommodate as low as 25 psi pilot pressure.
